Now it is November..

How relaxed should we be?
I would say this is Nirvana, in Relaxation!!

I love the way the tail is just laid there, to designate total trust!!
"I will just lie here, & you will just admire, & adore me!!"

I won't go into the horrible threats that have been made against this gentle Girl. An old, sicko, whose idea of animals is to torture them..
Please send positive vibes for Sweet Mindy!!

Edited to add, Mindy is not my cat~ wish she was!~ she lives in New Zealand and belongs to my cousin J.

We have been having some threatning looking skies. I must say, they are tame compared to last year's skies.
I have been revisiting last year's posts, & am dismayed to realise how many no longer comment.
Am I boring? Am I repetitive?

The tree, once referred to as the Coffee Table Tree, still remains. The site of it's home is now for sale for $900,000. It is scary to think it is to be sold to the highest bidder.

Even if I could afford it, I would never bid for it. It is Heritage listed. Therefore, can never be re~created, or effectively remodelled. Is that why there is no photograph of the kitchen??

The bedrooms have individual fireplaces. Not a modern advantage?
Nor even a modern option?
It is sad, to think that it may not be sold, nor respected, as local lore would expect.
I suspect most folks herabouts, could not care less, nor would they bid on such a deadend proposition.
The skies above it all, give nothing away.
Why would they?
Time stands still for no man.
I show my age here, with this really old Jukebox song from my youth.
Russ Hamilton, Rainbow.

I should probably know this but is Sweet Mindy yours? You have a cat? A very gorgeous cat at that?

Cat envy strikes me yet again. What wonderful skies.

Beautiful sky pictures. I have noticed that not as many people comment on my blog either and I find myself commenting less often. THere are just too many blogs out there now. I just don't have time to comment on all the ones I read. When I started blogging I could only find about 20 quilting blogs. Now there are thousands. I think it's the same for any topic. So it's not boredom.

I'm still commenting Meggie LOL! I agree with Joyce -- there's just not time to comment on all the blogs. Does Sweet Mindy live at your house???

That cat is gorgeous! :-) My two puppies sleep the same way! LOL 2 big dogs sleeping on their backs! It's hilarious! And the scenic pics are great too! I love taking pics of, well, everything! :-) I'm hoping for a new camera from the fiance for Christmas! :-)

I read, but don't always comment. Maybe that is why you see less comments......... I have noticed that some of my posts render very few comments and some will have me seeing comments from those that say they read, but have never commented until that particular time.

Comments are encouraging, though.

I, too, wonder if that gorgeous gray kitty is yours. Lovely photos throughout this post.

I guess we're all busy with other things and just cannot fit everything into our day... Somethings I'm doing are foolish.. and some are worthwhile.. I usually try to check my blog list at least once a day.. and when I see my favorite (you know it is you!!) has posted I take the time to read if I don't always comment right away. Today I'm reading the book that we took the trip to Will's home to get. "Blood Done Sign My Name"... a book about racial unrest in my part of the state in the 1960's... Some of the incidents I remember and some I don't ... but all interesting...So that's where some of my time is going today. And at last the sun is shining... seems like we had a streak of rainy, dreary days... far too many at one time...

Keep on posting... we're still reading... ~ann

That cat could be in competition with my gold medalist in the relaxation class namely Thomas (see 20 Aug on my blog!)

I agree with the others that it isn't always possible to comment on each and every post even though we read them. I know though how encouraging it is to receive comments and like you when I don't get as many as usual I do wonder if it is because I am becoming boring! I am sure it is lack of time though on the part of the readers.

Love those sky pics - they are lovely.

When I went back a couple of years, I found that there were several regular visitors who have moved on. Sad.

I don't recall Russ Hamilton, we probably never got him.
Our skies are strange, blue one minute and black the next. They are grey at the moment.
I used to worry about comments, and I don't get as many as I did 3 years ago. That's okay, I look at it differently these days.
I don't comment as often either.

Great cat, great skies and great you. I still love reading you but I admit I have been lax on commenting on all the blogs I follow. I resolve to get better at that !!!

Hmmm, sounds like a house to avoid, just admire from a distance! Love your pictures, and I have not gotten too many comments either. I think people are just so busy...

Your sky pictures are amazing. There are so many blogs now that it's difficult to read and leave comments.
